This is a confidential agreement between [Name] (the client) and Gary Rake, Executive Coach (the coach).

 

It is agreed that:

 

1. All matters, information provided by and conversations shared between the parties during the term of this Agreement and thereafter will be completely confidential until such time as they are reported by the client to those concerned.

 

2. All correspondence, reports, information generated during the term of this Coaching Program will be stored securely. No person except myself as your Professional Coach has access to your file. I will only use your information to prepare for our coaching sessions and with your best interests in mind.

 

3. The Coaching Program that you have agreed to is a [#] session program.

4. The commercial value of this program is [$#] in total.

5. [Optional] As the client has been awarded an APS or NFP fee-free place, they do not have to make any payment. This package will be provided by the coach as part of their commitment to supporting talented leaders in the community.

 

6. Variations to this Agreement may be made at any time by the mutual consent of both parties.

 

7. This Agreement can be cancelled by either party giving one month’s notice in advance.

 

8. Session dates and times can be changed up to 24 hours in advance by either party to another mutually suitable date / time.

 

9. If either party is not entirely happy with the coaching sessions or outcomes, we agree to discuss this immediately so that the situation can be resolved swiftly and amicably. At times a third party may need to be involved.

 

Each party agrees to the Terms and Conditions as specified above.

The client gives permission for their details to be recorded in a secure coaching log and only provided to ICF in the event of an audit to verify the number of coaching hours the coach has completed.
